What We Expect From You
SkyView Media is a professional agency. All interns are expected to uphold the standards, culture, and values of the agency at all times during the program.
Attendance & Commitment
- Attendance to all scheduled sessions is mandatory.
- Interns must notify the supervisor at least 24 hours in advance in case of absence.
- More than 3 unexcused absences may result in removal from the program.
- Full participation is required for certificate issuance.
Punctuality
- All interns must join sessions, meetings, and submit tasks on time.
- Habitual lateness will affect your performance review.
- Deadlines are non-negotiable — treat them like client deliverables.
Professionalism & Conduct
- Maintain respectful and courteous communication at all times.
- Harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any form will result in immediate dismissal.
- Represent SkyView Media positively on all public and social platforms.
- Dress and present yourself professionally during video calls.
Confidentiality
- All client information, internal strategies, and proprietary tools are strictly confidential.
- Interns must not share, reproduce, or distribute agency materials outside the program.
- Breaching confidentiality will lead to immediate termination and potential legal action.
Task Submission & Quality
- All tasks must be submitted via the designated platform before the deadline.
- Plagiarism of any kind is strictly prohibited.
- Interns are expected to put in genuine effort and seek feedback proactively.
- Work must be original and meet the quality standards set by the agency.
Device & Connectivity
- Interns are responsible for providing their own device and internet access.
- Data bonuses provided are a supplement, not a substitute for personal connectivity.
- Ensure your device meets minimum requirements before the start date.
Performance Evaluation
- Interns are evaluated weekly on task quality, participation, attitude, and growth.
- A final assessment is conducted at the end of the program.
- Top performers (top 20%) will be invited to join the SkyView Media team as staff.
- All interns who complete the program receive a certificate regardless of ranking.
Social Media & Brand Representation
- Interns may share their internship journey online but must tag SkyView Media officially.
- Do not post internal communications, critique, or negative content about the agency online.
- Brand colours, logos, and assets must be used correctly and with permission.
Bonuses & Perks Policy
- Data and airtime bonuses are disbursed monthly based on consistent attendance and performance.
- Course access is granted progressively — interns must complete prior modules to unlock new ones.
- Bonuses are a privilege, not a right, and may be withheld for poor conduct.
Termination Policy
- SkyView Media reserves the right to terminate an intern's participation at any time for violation of these policies.
- Interns may also voluntarily withdraw with 5 days' written notice.
- Termination before program completion forfeits the right to a certificate.
